We offer many different property management and strata management service packages depending on your individual property management needs. Our Property Management rates are excellent, but we certainly don’t skimp out on the service. We don't charge a cent to rent out your place, unlike many other companies that will take half of the first month’s rent for the exact same service. After that we collect only 10% of the monthly rent for ourselves. We don’t charge a dime until your place is rented out and you have money coming in, drastically improving your cash flow.

We are a fully licensed and insured brokerage according to the Real Estate Services Act with the Real Estate Council of BC, and are fully licensed to manage rental and strata properties anywhere in BC. Not all Property Management companies out there are licensed, so please do your due diligence before turning your keys over.
